Meet Stella
The Story That Shaped Me
From the time I was very small, I was fascinated by people. I noticed things others seemed to miss — the smile that carried sadness underneath it, the words that didn't quite match the energy behind them. I became endlessly curious about why we think, feel, and act the way we do.
I began life as a joyful, open-hearted child. But as I grew older and tried to make sense of the suffering around me, my own confidence began to quietly crumble. I started to carry the stories so many of us carry — that perhaps I was not quite enough, not quite lovable, not quite worthy. And so, like so many women, I began to search.
I left home early and travelled — outwardly across cultures and countries, inwardly across every question I could find. I yearned to understand life on a much deeper level, and I sensed, even then, that something extraordinary existed within each of us. An infinite potential, waiting to be remembered.
Life has a way of teaching us exactly what we need to learn. My children became some of my greatest teachers. Through motherhood, challenge, love, and more than a few reinventions, I began to understand something that would eventually shape everything I do.
The Moment Everything Changed
For over twenty years, I suffered debilitating migraines — losing nearly ten days every month to darkness and pain. I tried everything. Nothing worked. Eventually I was told it was likely genetic and quietly resigned myself to it being simply my life.
Then I discovered the work I now offer others. In a single guided session, I found the origin of my migraines — the belief living underneath them, the quiet role they had been playing without my awareness. The shift was immediate. I haven't had a migraine since.
What I didn't expect were the side effects: a steadiness I hadn't felt in years, a confidence in who I am and what I am here to do. It wasn't just my health that changed. It was my understanding of what is possible — for me, and for every woman carrying something she has been told is simply her lot in life.
Everything we search for is already within us. The wisdom, the resilience, the answers, the abundance — we are born with all of it. Sometimes we simply need the right guidance to come home to it.
What I Bring That No Certification Can Teach
I am a certified Life Coach and Hypnotherapist — but my work has never been purely academic. The true foundation of what I offer comes from lived experience: from the countries I have called home, the cultures I have moved between, the seasons of motherhood, loss, reinvention, and return.
I have rebuilt myself more than once. I know what it is to search, to doubt, to quietly give up — and then to find the ground again. That journey is not a detour from this work. It is the work.
Every woman's path is unique, which is why I work holistically and intuitively — listening not just to what is spoken, but to what is felt. My deepest gift is hearing both, and guiding each woman toward the place within herself where her mind, body, and spirit can live in balance.
Today I know with unwavering certainty: this is not simply what I do. It is who I am.
It took me almost a lifetime to understand that everything I needed was already within me. It is my deepest privilege to help you claim what is already yours.
My Approach
The Struggle
The subconscious holds the beliefs we formed early in life: the narratives we inherited from family and culture, the protective patterns that once served us but now hold us back. These beliefs shape how we respond to stress, how visible we allow ourselves to be, how worthy of abundance and ease we feel—often without our conscious awareness.
Other times, it’s clear from our inner dialogue. How often do you have negative thoughts about your ability to parent or your chances of getting that promotion? You were not born with these thoughts—no one is born thinking they are not worthy of their goals or not good enough to achieve them—those thoughts are internalised from somewhere or someone else. Eventually, external forces shape your mindset.
How My Approach Is Different—Getting to the Roots
Most approaches to personal growth work at the surface: new habits, new frameworks, new intentions. My work goes to where your patterns form and solidify: the subconscious mind. This work is woven together with life coaching, somatic awareness, and a deeply human attention to where you actually are—not where you think you should be. You get to take control of your mindset.
The approach I use is commonly called Mindset Coaching, but it’s grounded in the cutting-edge science of neuroplasticity: the brain's proven capacity to form new neural pathways at any age. Through guided meditation and deep relaxation, we access the subconscious directly, identify the root of what isn't working, and reframe it with beliefs that genuinely fit who you are today. This isn't talk therapy. It creates real, lasting change — often in far fewer sessions than traditional approaches.
To reinforce those shifts, you receive a personalised guided recording to use between sessions — embedding your new beliefs through repetition, the same way the old ones were formed. Every time you listen to the recording, groups of neurons fire again and again, solidifying the new mindset until it becomes your new normal.
